This week's screenshot features the equipment menu, where you can change the gear your characters wear.

On the left is the character, their level, and their ATK, PDEF, and MDEF stats. On the right is their current equipment. The exact list of equipment will vary between characters (for instance, Alex has a shield slot, while Conrad doesn't). Everyone has a weapon slot, a primary and secondary armor slot, and slots for accessories and rings. The exact names of these slots may vary slightly from character to character (for example, Ali wears gloves instead of helmets), but they all serve the same basic purpose.
